Eligible merchandise
We accept eligible new merchandise for return whether defective or non-defective, and we accept exchange requests. A non-defective item returned after a preference or selection change must remain new, unused, and in original condition. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may also be reported and are not required to be undamaged for review.
Thirty-day request period
Send the order number, checkout email, reason, and useful photos or video to projectsdevcode@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Wait for approval before mailing; the response will confirm the correct return destination and instructions.
Return postage and fees
A free prepaid return label is included inside the original package. If the label is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. No restocking fee is charged for an eligible approved return, and the General postal address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Exchange or refund
An exchange depends on review and stock. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or card issuer may need additional posting time. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
