When should an order arrive?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing after authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Read the Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery concerns.
Can an unused item be returned?
Eligible new and unused non-defective merchandise can be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. We also review defective, damaged, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items and accept exchange requests subject to stock and review.
How is a return mailed?
Get approval first. The parcel includes a free prepaid label; ask for help if it is absent. Eligible approved returns have no restocking fee. Full terms appear in the Refund Policy.
What is the refund timing?
